本案為三房一廳的房型利用各種材質的混搭，多變的自然紋理、溫潤的觸感打造出休閒居家的生活。木質元素一直都是居家空間不可或缺的基礎材質，由於施作方便廣放使用於居家空間。於需求上規劃了出四個空間，客廳、多功能室、廚房以及兩間臥室。不同材質元素去把各空間達到理想的居所。
